Please read our Delivery Guidelines before you order:

Delivery Schedule

Standard Delivery & Cut-Off Time

Monday to Friday orders: 13:00 for next day delivery
Friday after 1300 to Sunday: Tuesday delivery
Orders on public holidays: 13:00 for one day after the next working day

Scheduled Delivery

If you would like to specify a delivery date, please state it in "remarks" when you checkout.  
* There is no delivery service on Sundays and public holidays. 

Delivery Locations

We deliver to most areas in Hong Kong, except Country Parks, Outlying Islands, and the borders (Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, and Man Kam To).  For special delivery requests, please contact us and we will try our best to make feasible arrangements.  For Outlying Islands, we can arrange to drop the goods at Central Pier or Tung Chung (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday only), but the responsibility lies with the buyer to pick them up.

Delivery Restrictions

The delivery address must have a functioning lift for deliveries above the ground floor.  Otherwise, we can only deliver to the ground floor and arrange the collection with you.  Deliveries are restricted to addresses within proximity of a legal parking space.  If the driver cannot legally park you must meet him at the closest legal stopping area to pick up the goods from the vehicle. 

Delivery Fees

Delivery is free of charge for orders HK$750 or above.
Every order below HK$750 has a delivery fee of HK$75.

Estimated Delivery Schedule

After your order is placed, an estimated delivery schedule will be emailed to you a day before the delivery with a tracking number.

In Case No One Can Receive The Goods At Home:

  1. Please make sure there is someone to receive the package and store the frozen products properly.

  2. If you wish to specify the time for delivery, please inform us before or when you place the order in the remarks and we will try our best to arrange for you.  However, we cannot guarantee that we must able to accommodate your requests. 

  3. In situations where no one is at home to receive the delivery while we cannot access the building/ package is not allowed to be left outside your door, your order(s) will be returned to our warehouse.  A delivery fee ($75) will have to be paid for redelivery on our next delivery day to the same address.  We will keep the items in the freezer before redelivery, however, you are responsible for the goods.

Check Upon Delivery

Please check the contents of your order upon delivery.  If you have an issue with our products or services after delivery has been accepted, please contact us within 1 hour.
