The double loin chop was so mild - not a bit of “grassy” taste. The shank was slightly stronger flavoured, but still tasty. My family said both were good and tender!
The flavour is different and more powerful from New Zealand lamb, which is what we usually buy in Hk. The cuts are also more special. Definitely a good alternative to the usual! All the meat was tender and juicy, even when cooked to medium level.
